Nokia Lumia 1520 now up for preorder through Microsoft

The big-screened Lumia is due to reach AT&T, the exclusive US carrier of the phone, on November 15.

AT&T subscribers looking for Nokia's Lumia 1520 can now preorder the phone through Microsoft's online store.

Selling for $199 with the usual two-year agreement or $549 without a contract, the 1520 is available in black, white, yellow, and red. Microsoft lists a release date of November 15, so those who preorder won't have to wait long to receive the phone.

AT&T revealed last month that it will be the exclusive US carrier of the 1520. At this point, though, AT&T's Web site still shows the phone as "coming soon" with no release date or preorder page.

The Lumia 1520 sports a 6-inch HD 1080p display, making it the largest Lumia phone to date and pushing it into phablet territory. It packs in 2GB of memory and 16GB of storage space along with a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor and a 20-megapixel PureView camera.
