Law Firm is Investigating EA for False Battlefield 4 Statements

Battlefield 4 released in October with issues that could be considered understandable for a rushed holiday title, but over a month has passed and the game is still stricken with outrageous problems. Many gamers have voiced their concern, and now a law firm is taking action.
Holzer Holzer & Fistel, LLC is conducting an investigation regarding EA's "development and sales" for Battlefield 4. It says that EA has been deceptive with its statements regarding the game, tricking investors in the process.

The firm has recommended that anyone who purchased stock in EA between July 24, 2013 and December 4, 2013 contact them to potentially become a part of the claim.
Yesterday we learned that the issue is so bad that Xbox One players in particular are being refunded if they purchased Battlefield 4 Premium. One gamer was upset enough to kick the game's executive producer, Patrick Bach, from his server. If you've been frustrated by the game, be sure to check out ActionTrip's latest comic, Patchfield 4.

This is all really a crying shame. I have enjoyed most of my time with Battlefield 4 (here's my review), and found it to be the best shooter of the year. Well, at least when disregarding its technical problems. By the time the game crashed for its 20th time, enough was enough. I'm pretty sure I lost a lot of progress. I haven't returned since.
Let's hope DICE is given adequate time to remedy the issues.
